Design is my passion and I feel lucky to be able to do one of the things I love as a career. I've always been into the arts, even as a little designer growing up I'd be drawing layouts for posters and logos for made-up bands. So now after a lot of hard work I get to push pixels around to make the internet more beautiful. Currently I work at Alexander Interactive. where I am in charge of creating website designs, visual concepts, and working on logo and branding efforts.
The modernist aesthetic and philosophy influences my work, whether it be inspiration from graphic design of the International Style, mid-century modern furniture, or modern architecture. Above all else, I just try to respect the grid.
Outside of design, music is my passion. I have gladly sung death metal at karaoke, because one of the things I know is how to rock out. The past couple of years I've developed a tendency for buying stuff that is red, especially clothes. And to me, it's a great day when I come home from work and there's nothing in my mailbox except for that wonderful little Netflix envelope.
