eastbridge al mal identity

American company Eastbridge and Kuwaiti company Al Mal formed a partnership and wanted a logo to connect them together. They wanted bridge imagery in the logo so I pushed a more conceptual approach, arriving at what was called the "line bridge".

alice in typeland

A typographic piece where the objective was to juxtapose Alice in Wonderland with a second unrelated text. I chose to write my own in journal style from the point of view of a teenage schoolgirl also named Alice. She's stuck in a repeating day like in the movie Groundhog's Day and each entry she writes evolves each time.

bauhaus:
then and now

A collectible piece for an exhibition at the Vitra Design Museum that would feature furniture from the Bauhaus and the furniture it has influenced through the years. This a miniature version of the famous Wassily chair, complete with the exhibition catalogue that sits perfecting in the chair.

eames posters

Two poster set advertising an exhibition of the work of designers and architects, Charles and Ray Eames. These posters showcase the sillhouettes of their famous plastic molded chairs while also reflecting the Eames’ fun and playful attitudes.

25 minutes

The assignment consisted of creating a conceptual book using photography taken from an assigned city square in Boston. I decided to stake out at a busy intersection and, using a tripod, took a picture every minute. Along with the pictures I included a narrative that expressed my observations and thoughts while on the scene.
